dirty harry was a fantasic movie and had alot of similarites to some other eastwood movies. the basic plot is a crazy killer who is just killing people so the gov will give him 200000 dollars. and this movie also consisted of one of the greatest lines in the history of forever. "are you feeling lucky.... are ya punk!!" adding to clint eastwoods bad ass ness. but Harry Callahan will see to it that this killer will be shown justice through the law or not. this movie like in grand torino however not as bad but it had alot of racial slurs in it. whether it was the 70s or just the way he wanted it to be it had a strong resemblence to grand torino. another common link in all his films is violence and a good old fashion ass kicking. this movie was actually more graphic then i thought they had the technology for but i guess i was shown wrong. this movie didnt have dim lighting like iwo jima but it did have a lot of scenes at night or in the bright of day which i though was a good addition but was also trying to send a message off the difference between day and night. and also another similarity in his movies was the idea of sex or nudity. Dirty Harry had alot of nudity and stuff like that. the psycho killer murdered a nude girl by putting her in a hole to sufficate. and there was other nude scenes like that. but overall eastwood is a fabulous man who will always take some names and kick some ass never foget that.!
